À ce poste, vous veillerez à ce que les indicateurs de qualité client soient atteints ou dépassés afin de maintenir le statut de fournisseur privilégié. Vous dirigerez les revues qualité avec les clients et collaborerez avec les équipes internes et externes pour déterminer les causes profondes, mettre en œuvre des actions correctives et traiter les événements de non-conformité. Vous superviserez également les processus de retour de matériel (RMA) et élaborerez des plans qualité afin de répondre aux exigences des clients concernant les produits.

Responsabilités du poste :

  • Atteindre ou dépasser les indicateurs de qualité client afin de préserver le statut de fournisseur privilégié
  • Mener des revues qualité avec les clients et l’organisation interne BDSI
  • Diriger des échanges techniques avec les fournisseurs
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et avec les clients externes dans le cadre du processus de transfert de la gestion des fournisseurs
  • Piloter les actions correctives fondées sur l’analyse des causes profondes (RCCA) avec les clients, les fournisseurs et l’organisation interne BDSI
  • Contribuer au traitement des événements de non-conformité
  • Traiter les produits retournés par les clients dans le cadre du processus RMA et soumettre les documents pour approbation par le comité d’examen du matériel (MRB)
  • Rédiger des plans qualité pour les produits destinés aux clients

Qualifications de base (compétences et expérience requises) :

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un domaine pertinent, ou une combinaison équivalente de formation initiale, de formation en milieu professionnel et/ou d’expérience professionnelle
  • Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans la mise en œuvre d’actions correctives fondées sur l’analyse des causes profondes (RCCA)
  • Maîtrise intermédiaire ou supérieure des logiciels Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook et Excel
  • Maîtrise du français à un niveau technique et professionnel
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais dans un contexte professionnel
  • Solide expérience des systèmes ERP courants ; la maîtrise de SAP est fortement souhaitée

Qualifications souhaitées (compétences et expérience souhaitées) :

  • Diplôme de niveau licence ou supérieur en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience approfondie dans une fonction en contact direct avec la clientèle
  • Certification Six Sigma
  • Expérience préalable dans le secteur aérospatial

Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Quality Engineer for the Senlis, France facility.

Position Summary: 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer quality metrics are met or exceeded to maintain preferred supplier status. You will lead customer quality reviews and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive root cause corrective actions and address non-conforming events. Additionally, you will oversee RMA processes and develop quality plans to support customer product requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status
  • Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization
  • Leads technical calls with suppliers
  • Works in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer process
  • Drives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization
  • Works to address non-conforming events
  • Works with customers on RMA products and submits documents for MRB approval
  • Writes quality plans for customer products

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
  • Fluent in French on a technical and professional level
  • Business fluent proficiency of English
  • Solid experience with common ERP systems with SAP being highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or related field of study
  • Profound experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Previous Aerospace experience
