The Boeing Pre-Employment Training Program (BPET) allows candidates from pre-certified academic courses and Military Career Skills Programs to fast-track the hiring process when applying for specific manufacturing jobs at Boeing South Carolina. Think of it like the pre-check line at the airport, but for careers.

To participate in the BPET accelerated hiring process, applicants must upload a BPET Endorsement Form when applying. Contingent offers will be extended to BPET applicants in the order their applications are received and as per availability of roles at Boeing South Carolina. Prior to receiving a start date, candidates must successfully complete all Boeing pre-hire contingencies.

To move quickly through the hiring process, candidates should only apply for jobs that are listed on their BPET Endorsement Form. Candidates are always able to apply for other jobs at Boeing South Carolina, but will need to go through the standard hiring process for those positions.
