  • Lead vendor performance reviews, monitor service-level commitments, identify systemic problems, and drive corrective action plans
  • Coordinate complex escalations and significant service failures with third party administrator and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee accuracy of leave data, file feeds, and integrations with Human Resource (HR), Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance systems
  • Partner with policy owners, Legal, Human Resources, and Benefits to ensure operational practices support leave requirements and company policies
  • Drive improvements to employee communications, digital experiences, manager support, and self-service capabilities
  • Oversee operational readiness, testing, implementation, and stabilization of vendor, process, and technology changes
  • Maintain appropriate quality assurance, audit controls, risk monitoring, and issue-management processes
  • Lead internal Time and Attendance operations, including service delivery, team priorities, operational controls, and escalations
  • Oversee support for time entry, approvals, attendance and absence coding, corrections, and resolution of timekeeping issues within the team’s assigned scope
  • Partner closely with Payroll to support timely, accurate pay-related data and resolution of timekeeping exceptions
  • Coordinate with HR Technology, Labor Relations, and business operations on system issues, policies, collective bargaining requirements, and process changes
  • Establish performance metrics and quality controls for accuracy, transaction timeliness, backlog, and issue resolution
  • Lead root-cause analysis and improvements that reduce manual work, rework, and avoidable employee and manager effort
  • Support timekeeping system enhancements, testing, implementation, and post-launch stabilization
  • Define and monitor operational (Key Performance Indicators) KPIs, service standards, and improvement priorities across both functions
  • Use service data, employee feedback, and issue trends to identify systemic problems and improve end-to-end experiences
  • Improve process documentation, controls, cross-functional handoffs, and operational resilience
  • Partner with technology teams to identify automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled support, and digital simplification opportunities
  • Balance ongoing service delivery with resource capacity, risk reduction, and transformation initiatives
  • Serve as the primary operational leader for third party LOA service performance and governance
  • Build effective relationships with Payroll, Benefits, HR Technology, Legal, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, and business stakeholders
  • Translate operational issues into clear recommendations, decisions, corrective actions, and executive updates
  • Lead coordinated response to significant service disruptions, integration failures, and employee-impacting issues
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams and people leaders; set priorities, goals, and performance expectations
  • Build a culture of accountability, service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop capabilities in vendor governance, analytics, issue management, process improvement, and digital delivery
  • Guide teams through organizational and operational change while sustaining engagement and performance
