The Boeing Company is seeking an experienced, strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (Experienced or Senior) to support our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and who partners closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategy, drive organizational performance, and enhance employee experience. This is a fully onsite position based in Everett, WA supporting manufacturing operations across shifts.

As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will influence critical business outcomes by aligning HR strategies with operational goals, advising leaders on workforce planning and change, and serving as a visible HR leader on the manufacturing floor. Your work will help ensure a productive, engaged, and resilient workforce that meets both short‑term needs and long‑term organizational objectives.


Position Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a visible, proactive HR presence on the manufacturing floor to support leaders and employees in real time
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, labor relations, performance management, employee development, and change management
  • Identify and address systemic workforce trends and issues by analyzing employee feedback and operational data to inform HR strategy and continuous improvement
  • Lead or support complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistent, equitable, and policy‑aligned resolutions
  • Coach and develop leaders to increase managerial capability, strengthen team performance, and drive engagement
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to deploy programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, and inclusion
  • Drive and support initiatives that nurture a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture consistent with Boeing’s values
  • Maintain accurate documentation of HR interactions, actions, and outcomes; escalate and report trends to HR leadership as appropriate

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with manufacturing or operations leaders in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, organizational diagnostics, and change enablement
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work cross‑functionally to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Experience using HR data and metrics to shape strategy and measure impact
  • Familiarity with labor agreements and collective bargaining environments is a plus
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) and/or bachelor’s degree preferred

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience with project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

Pay & Benefits:

The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.


Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.


Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,000 - $138,000

Summary pay range for Level 4: $127,500 - $172,500
