Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with business leaders, collaborating with external recruiting partners (RPO), and learning the craft of recruiting.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business units, understanding workforce needs and translating them into recruiting priorities
  • Partner with our RPO provider to ensure alignment on requisition intake, candidate pipelines and overall hiring delivery
  • Provide data and reporting support to business leaders on hiring activity, recruiting trends and workforce planning
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in process improvement, projects and employer branding initiatives
  • Support full-cycle recruiting
  • Act as a brand ambassador for our company, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state and company hiring regulations
  • Partner with HR and Legal on audits, record-keeping and reporting to maintain compliance with government contracting requirements
  • Monitor and reinforce consistent use of applicant tracking system (ATS) - iCIMS
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of ethical recruiting practices
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teammates to support college and high school internship programs, including recruitment, on-boarding and program coordination
  • Assist with development and implementation of University Relations strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition coordination
    • Level 2: 2-5 years of experience - Salary estimate: $70,000-$85,000
    • Level 3: 5-10 years of experience - Salary estimate: $85,000-$95,000
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with business leaders and external partners
  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Must be able to work on-site in Wichita, KS

Preferred

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, aerospace or technical recruiting environments
