Role Location:

Wichita, KS (On-Site)

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements training programs that build capability and enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Partners with HR and business leaders to assess needs and design strategic learning and development solutions
  • Analyzes feedback, metrics and business outcomes to continuously improve programs
  • Assists with the configuration, organization and maintenance of the learning management system to ensure an engaging learner experience
  • Oversees course setup, enrollment and completion tracking; ensures data integrity and timely reporting
  • Stays current on industry best practices, employment regulations and emerging learning technologies to inform recommendations
  • Supports alignment of learning and development efforts with organizational goals, policies and workforce planning needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in Human Resources:

    • Level 2: 3-5 years of experience – $63,850 – 78,900

    • Level 3: 6-9 years of experience – $73,250 – 96,150

  • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging in-person and web-based training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with HR partners and business leaders.
  • Track record of being organized and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • History of delivering results and achieving key objectives.
  • Experience taking initiative and applying strong problem-solving skills to resolve challenges.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Wichita, KS

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting leadership or professional development programs.
  • Experience working in SuccessFactors or other Learning Management System.
  • Experience using digital learning tools or authoring software (Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
  • Experience analyzing learning metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce.
