Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

You will be responsible for collaborating with BCA Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our business forward. You will act as a team lead, supporting a group of recruiters in day-to-day operations while developing short and long-term recruiting strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiting efforts by partnering with BCA hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position

  • Develop and own recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges

  • Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process; provide status and ensure a successful hire within expected timeline

  • Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and assist in providing a smooth on-boarding experience

  • Partner and manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and hiring managers across multiple disciplines

  • Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings

  • Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and external spokesperson on recruitment matters, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements

  • Contribute to the development of recruiting policies, practices, techniques, and standards across the organization

  • Operate with minimal supervision, exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches, and accept responsibility for decisions that have long-term organizational impact

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition role (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday (or similar ATS/HRIS) for job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting in a large multinational organization or company

  • 3+ years of experience leading and/or training Recruiters, functioning as a subject matter expert

  • 1+ years of experience working with all levels of management to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies (including external resume databases, social recruiting and passive candidate engagement)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday

  • 3+ years of experience building positive relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates

  • Experience with hourly and union workforce

  • Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, variable environment

  • Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates

  • Experience adapting to changing requirements and dynamic statements of work shifts quickly and in a professional and energetic manner

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $113,900 - $154,100
