Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist, to join the team in Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees performing business management activities around Program Management. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

  • Acquiring resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Establishes Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establishes a PMBP improvement plan.

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 20 years of experience in the Aviation Parts Business.

  • 20 years of experience with SAP.

  • Experience negotiating supplier contracts

  • 15 years of experience in commercial parts fair market value pricing methodology.

  • 15 years of experience managing aerospace inventory programs. 

  • 15 years of experience using aviation technical documents.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with airframe and engine programs and asset management

  • Knowledge of Boeing’s SAP system is preferred

  • 15 years of experience working with the Boeing company.  

  • Exchange and leasing experience  

  • Gains others' trust by demonstrating openness and honesty, behaving consistently, and acting in accordance with moral, ethical, professional, and organizational guidelines

Travel:

This position may require traveling up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:    $168,300.00 - $227,700.00
