The Boeing Test & Evaluation Flight Operations organization is seeking a Senior Global Engagement & Training (GE&T) Program Management Generalist to join our team in Seattle, WA

GE&T is the customer support arm of Flight Operations, deploying pilots and other flight operations professionals to support Boeing operators globally. This Integration Lead role coordinates, integrates and manages GE&T resource planning across workstreams, ensuring alignment with internal and stakeholder organizational goals and strategies.  This role will be part of the GE&T Program Management team, which oversees, coordinates and manages projects across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrate stakeholder organizations' requirements into GE&T resource planning and strategy

  • Develop, manage and communicate commitments and performance for GE&T including SOW, resources, cost, schedule and risk

  • Management of program baseline: participate in the change management process and ensure the organization, work statement, schedule, costs and RIO are aligned

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and tracking of program requirements, linking them to specific deliverables to maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations and program objectives.

  • Track program progress and performance, develop reporting materials, and communicate status to stakeholders, including senior management and executives

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program execution.

  • Encourages a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing changes based on stakeholder input.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project/program management skills

  • 5+ years' experience in working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with dashboards, reports, and KPIs

  • Experience developing program implementation/integration plans

  • Proficiency with Smartsheet

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $131,750 - $178,250
