The Boeing Company has helped the world connect, protect, and explore for more than a century. Boeing Global Services (BGS) extends that leadership by delivering world-class aftermarket support and services. Commercial Sales & Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Insights Analyst with deep expertise in data analytics and the aviation aftermarket services market — including Maintenance & Engineering, Modifications, Freighter Conversions, Training & Simulation, or Aviation Parts & Distribution Services.

In this role, you will transform complex data into high-impact go-to-market strategies. You will lead hands-on analytics and predictive modeling, conduct primary and secondary market research, develop robust market forecasts, and partner with product and campaign teams to translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes. You will also provide strategic recommendations for major business decisions, evaluate investment options, and help set enterprise priorities.

Why Join Our Team?

The BGS Market Analysis & Intelligence team produces rigorous market forecasts, competitive insights, and driver-based assessments across the aviation aftermarket. As a trusted expert on strategic, market, and competitive matters, you will enable alignment and inform decisions at the enterprise level.

  • Drive strategic growth: Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to uncover new revenue opportunities and expand market share.
  • Inspire innovation: Partner with engineering, sales, and executive leaders to translate complex technologies into clear customer value and commercial offerings.
  • Lead with influence: Confidently present findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy and business direction.
  • Develop talent: Mentor and elevate marketing and analytical capability across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market trends that will shape commercial aviation services demand, including economic, airline, technical, and regulatory factors.
  • Develop models and analytical solutions to support market forecasts, scenario planning, and strategic business needs.
  • Create executive-ready reports and presentations to communicate insights and implications to internal and external audiences.
  • Perform competitive landscape and benchmarking analysis: product positioning, pricing, share-of-wallet, capability gaps, and M&A screening.
  • Build and maintain scalable analytics pipelines and dashboards to monitor market trends and KPIs.
  • Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations that drive strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and grow analysts and data scientists; establish best practices for modeling, reproducibility, and data governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, finance, strategy, and business development to align insights with business priorities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in market analysis, analytics, data science, or strategy roles.

  • Strong programming skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Advanced statistical knowledge and experience with causal inference, uplift modeling, or econometrics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into concise strategic recommendations.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level audiences or customers.
