Boeing Global Services is looking for an Experienced Cost Recovery Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Seattle, WA.

The Experienced Cost Recovery Analyst will manage Over & Above (O&A) technical invoicing and billing for multiple accounts. The individual will handle challenging customer and supplier issues independently, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance. In addition to supporting the process improvements by identifying opportunities and sharing ideas to enhance team performance.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage O&A invoicing and billing for multiple airline accounts with minimal supervision.

  • Handle complex quotes, repair, damage, and modification cost analyses.

  • Review Tear Down Reports to assign damage responsibility and identify cost avoidance.

  • Interpret contract terms to determine billing eligibility and resolve invoice disputes.

  • Prepare clear, accurate billing packages aligned with contract requirements.

  • Collaborate with Repair, Supplier, Customer Program, and Engineering teams to resolve issues.

  • Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support team goals by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in cost recovery billing or supply chain roles.

  • 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret contracts.

  • Experience managing complex invoicing and dispute resolution.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience working in an aerospace or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment, particularly with exposure to billing, cost recovery, or financial reconciliation process.

  • Experience with basic ERP system functionality, SAP or similar tool.

  • Background in technical invoicing or cost recovery within aerospace or related sectors.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050
