The Boeing Supplier Management Component Repair team is seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent to join the team in Seattle, WA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul team as part of the Supplier Management Contracts & Program Management team.

This is a full-time position. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities

  • The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
  • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements.
  • Follows Boeing procurement processes to issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts and services.
  • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
  • Supports pricing and lead-time negotiations for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
  • Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • More than 3 year of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes. 
  • More than 3 year of experience in Data Analysis.
  • More than 3 year of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Able to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in strategic decision making
  • Experience in a self-directed role.
  • Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.

Typical Education/Experience: 

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 64,600 - 87,400
