Job Title: Product Review Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Product Review Engineer in Seal Beach, CA

The selected candidate will provide support within the Airframe (Structures) Service Engineering organization by working with customers to ensure that their fleets are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably and apply broad knowledge of Boeing commercial aircraft design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:
•    Provide support within the Airframe (Structures) Service Engineering organization by working with customers to ensure that their fleets are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. 
•    Apply broad knowledge of Boeing commercial aircraft design principles to assess and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. 
•    Lead other engineers in conducting root cause analysis and developing dispositions for design non-conformances. 
•    Apply engineering principles to research technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be resolved through either customer or design engineering solutions. 
•    Identify documents, analyze reported problems, and communicate deviations that could impact design intent and safety.
•    Recommend and manage resolutions to reported problems and deviations. 
•    Develop and implement product and process improvements. 
•    Represent the engineering community in the build through post-production environment.
•    Develop customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of aircrafts. 
•    This position may supervise junior professional employees performing design repair solutions.

Multiple positions available.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Aerospace Engineering or closely related field plus 5 years of experience as a Stress Engineer, Service Engineer, Product Engineer, or related occupation, and 5 years of experience with each of the below: 
•    Responding and resolving service requests on Boeing 7 Series products
•    Structures Engineering on Boeing 7 Series Products
•    Creating repair plans
•    Conducting static strength analysis on repair designs
•    Designing jacking and shoring schemes
•    Must have at least 3 years of experience leading a team of 10 or more engineers

Relocation: 
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay $142,355 per year.
