We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to assist the Managing Director in day-to-day operational management working out in Brazil.

A world-class talent with growth mindset, proactive amidst ambiguity and a team player with diverse perspectives to lead special project-based assignments ensuring coordination, implementation and execution on behalf of leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acts as an extension and support to the Managing Director working closely with the senior management team.

  • Leads development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization.

  • Partners with Finance on LRBP and other financial reviews.

  • Shapes major meeting agendas and creates content for webcasts, executive meetings and off sites.

  • Tracks and drives actions around organizational measures of effectiveness in collaboration with other ET&T and BR&T leaders.

  • Develops recommendations for the leader on external engagement strategies and opportunities, prioritizing events/meetings/travel for the leader and partners with the Executive Office Administrators on calendar requirements.

  • Interface with domestic and internationally based matrixed functional leads across the enterprise to achieve business objectives.

  • Leads the development of messaging content for executive visits and briefings in conjunction with the leader and Communications Interfaces and coordinates with all organizational levels.

  • Provides oversight, coordination and mentorship to projects of high importance.

  • Works with relevant executive assistants across the Engineering Functions to ensure critical meetings are organized proactively with well-prepared material.

  • Promotes a help needed culture where appropriately requesting help is encouraged and those providing help held accountable.

  • Works with local team to find opportunities for process improvement and business optimization and recommendations to the Strategy & Operations team.

  • Acts as a liaison and representative across other Business Functions to identify areas of shared opportunity and growth.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluent in both written and verbal English 

  • Experience working with Senior Leaders/Executives to establish strategic plans and objectives

  • Solid experience in business management

  • Solid experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key partner relationship management

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

  • Master's Degree or MBA

  • Experience in strategy, business planning, business operations, innovation programs or market analysis

  • Experience developing executive level presentations

  • Project Management experience

  • Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders

  • Financial and business acumen (including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting)

  • Strategic planning and problem solving

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil.

Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil.
