The Manager, PRS Operations (Product Repair Services) leads planning and integration for standalone support programs or major business elements. Utilizes product support, logistics, and program management expertise to direct activities, manage staff, and set operational goals. Oversees resource acquisition, supplier management, process improvements, and technical approvals. Builds and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, and teams. Manages and develops employees at our Rzeszów, Poland facility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicates clearly and effectively using various media to engage audiences and ensure message retention.

  • Demonstrates commitment to personal development by seeking feedback, learning from mistakes, and maintaining relevant skills and knowledge.

  • Prioritizes customer needs and delivers innovative solutions by thinking beyond current practices.

  • Ensures products and services meet high technical, quality, regulatory, and safety standards, promoting a proactive safety culture.

  • Applies systems thinking to understand interrelationships within the organization and anticipate impacts of changes.

  • Possesses strong analytical skills to collect, synthesize, and interpret data; understands engineering principles across disciplines to support design, development, and problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • A minimum of eight years working experience in a technical role/industry.

  • At least one prior role leading a team that directly reported to you.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • With at least one prior role within the aerospace sector you had the responsibility of supervising a team.

  • Prior experience working in FAA repair station management or equivalent.

  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred.

  • Experience working with common ERP systems (SAP being highly preferred).

  • Profit and Loss; budget experience.

  • Project Management experience.

Preferred Education:

  • A University degree within a technical field (licencjat/inżynier) or comparable non academic qualifications (szkoła policealna or similar).

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Poland.
