Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop Supply Chain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and network design to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Drive functional excellence in people, processes, and tools across the supply chain.

  • Lead program standup and create transition plans through program phases, culminating in organic support.

  • Analyze post-production supply chain data to establish Ground Rules and Assumptions for proposal activities.

  • Develop Statements of Work (SSOWs) and assist with supplier proposal packages and miscellaneous supplier activities.

  • Perform program integration and support proposal development and negotiations.

  • Support program meetings, reviews, and initiatives, including PMMs, Cost Reduction Initiatives (CRIs), and Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO) assessments.

  • Validate new business proposals through the BGS PBOM Executability approval process and present findings to senior management for approval.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain

  • 5+ years of experience working with proposals, contracts, and/or contract terms

  • 5+ years of experience developing or authoring statements of work

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience developing supply chain concepts of operations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $120,700.00 – $163,600.00
