The Boeing Company’s Finance and Enterprise Services Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to join our team!  This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence.

The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation critical to driving business value and creating a best-in-class employee experience for the Enterprise Services organization.  The selected candidate will be a self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an action-based problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy, practices, and processes

Due to business needs, Renton, WA is the preferred location for this role; however, the team remains open to Seattle, WA and Everett, WA as a plausible location as well.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and serve as an advisor to management on complex HR matters

  • Serve as team lead to HRBPs that support the Enterprise Services organization

  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processes

  • Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion

  • Facilitate action planning and follow-through with partners

  • Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR Communities of Excellence (COE) teammates

  • Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters

  • Develop and implement HR actions inclusive of: performance management, compensation, organization design, talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, change management, and workforce planning

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong relationship management and consultation skills

  • Possess Business acumen and an overall curiosity of the business

  • Leads HR initiatives/Projects and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce (union and non-union) strategies to meet organization objectives

  • Utilizes conflict resolution techniques to support team cohesion

  • Leverages data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational health

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversations

  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 5+ years of experience in an HRG or HRBP capacity

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • 3+ years of experience in a role supporting Collective Bargaining Agreements

  • Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $161,500 - $218,500
