Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Early/Mid-Level Business Process Analyst (Level 2/3) to join the Business Performance and Integration team as a Business Process Analyst – Business System Manager in Renton, Washington.

As a successful Business Systems Manager, you will support the development and improvement of business applications and the processes that run on them. You will drive efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives, define requirements, perform testing, and manage communication and deployment activities. You will also maintain standards and guidelines, monitor performance and data, and serve as the liaison between customers and the IT organization to define and resolve system requirements, functionality, and provide end‑user support.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on single business processes.

  • Lead structured process and product meetings using appropriate methods and tools.

  • Prepare meeting materials, record outcomes, and communicate results.

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements from process owners.

  • Apply basic process, data, and systems architecture principles.

  • Design and run process and application workshops based on customer objectives.

  • Influence stakeholders, negotiate changes, and act as a change agent.

  • Mentor team members as needed.

  • Support strategic planning by researching procedures and integrating strategic initiatives into process improvements.

  • Plan and schedule assigned work; support project and implementation activities.

  • Estimate work and perform basic cost‑benefit analysis.

  • Participate in requirements reviews, coordinate testing, and help prepare test scripts.

  • Communicate project requirements and status to IT and represent user needs.

  • Support development of data for business cases, risk analyses, and resource planning.

  • Use Project/Program Management best‑practice tools and provide project visibility (status tracking, reports).

  • Follow IT documentation standards, help simplify documentation, and transition to updated data/information standards.

  • Assist with reviews, assessments, and audits of process and or application documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  •        (Level:2) 3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects and utilizing standard projectmanagement tools

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word,Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and interfacing with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  •        (Level:3) Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  •        5+ years of experience in Change Management Processes tools such as: Engineering Change Authorization System (ECAS/IBEX/PICAS), Commitment, Development Schedule (CDS-PC), Open Plan Professional (OPP), Microsoft Project, Professional, Microsoft Planner, or a similar tool

  •        5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leadership

  • 3+ years of experience working on airplane programs or supporting the production system

  •        5+ years of experience demonstrating leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating risk

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $80,170-$83,660 (Level 2)

Summary pay range: $93,090-$105,280 (Level 3)
