Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Supply Chain Performance & Execution Manager (m/f/d) for the Norderstedt, Germany facility. 

Position Summary:

Are you a hands-on leader who loves turning complexity into clarity? We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and execution focus to Product Support — working across teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver reliable results that matter.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Within this role, you will:

  • Understand organizational operations, policies, and market trends while navigating formal and informal networks to support strategic goals.

  • Provide products and services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies, while embracing a culture of first-time quality.

  • Identify and correct conditions that affect safety, uphold safety standards, and demonstrate proactive leadership in fostering a safety culture.

  • Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data to summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations.

  • Leverage knowledge of Boeing’s organizations, processes, and products to effectively perform responsibilities.

  • Utilize techniques to identify customer organizations, capabilities, and constraints to provide effective product support and resolve technical issues.

  • Manage a team of roughly 20 employees who report directly to you.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales and/or Program Management in an aerospace or complex industry.

  • 2+ years of managing a team of direct reports.

  • Previous responsibility for managing customer programs with annual revenues in excess of €100 million.

  • Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications.

  • Fluent in both German and English (Level C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field of study.

  • Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools. Particularly SAP and Salesforce.

  • Experienced in managing sales team, demand creation and deliver revenue targets.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in at least one prior role.

  • Ability to tailor messages to internal and external customers and across multiple levels of the customer’s organization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with strong leadership skills.

Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the Germany.
