Position Overview:

Boeing Global India team is currently looking for an SeniorCSR Project Management Specialist for Corporate Social Responsibility to join their team in New Delhi, India.

This role will be responsible for planning and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in the India region working with the Boeing Global Engagement (BGE) India & South Asia leader. The candidate must have relevant expertise and experience in implementing and monitoring large scale community engagement initiatives in India. The candidate will also need to support the team in executing day-to-day operations. The individual will interact with a wide variety of organizations, functions, business units across Boeing, external organizations & government agencies.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders. 

  • Acts as primary project contact for variety of internal & external stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

  • Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.

  • Execute all stages of the project planning from including project inception to completion and monitor the deliverables against the plan.

  • Develop & support the grant application process and the STAR grant application process

  • Generate project monthly reports & review the progress of the external partners while ensuring compliance and organizing the requisite trainings

  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders to foster cooperation and commitment.

  • Stakeholder Management : Influencing & engaging & coordinating with internal & external stakeholders (Internal Stakeholders:  Business Leaders, BGE teams, Boeing Employees & External Stakeholders: BGE Partner, Local government authorities, educational institutions, program participants)

  • Facilitate information sharing through internal newsletters, quarterly and annual reports

  • Partner with the Leadership Team to drive awareness, knowledge and interconnectivity of business support functions.

  • Collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs

  • Ensure follow-up action and drive accountability for issue resolution.

  • Manage event co-ordination, organize employee engagement like volunteer engagement & activities

  • Must have experience of monitoring project at the ground execution level

  • Willing to travel to project sites for initial assessments, project execution and drive completion per agreed and established standards

  • Must be well versed with India CSR and FCRA laws and regulations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required as basic qualification

  • Must have at least 12-15 years experience in the CSR field and should have worked both at the project funding as well as project execution sides of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Experience working with cross functional projects, cultivating outcome-oriented business relationships.

  • Strong language, communication and presentation skills, sharp business acumen, and the ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity.

  • Experience with event planning

  • Willing to travel extensively to project sites for evaluation, monitoring and impact assessment

  • well versed with project tracking tools and formats

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Added knowledge or experience on project management is desired

  • Adequate experience of at least 12 years either working in social sector or in project management of programs in education/skilling sector .

  • Knowledge of India CSR & FCRA rules

  • Knowledge of STAR grant application process

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years' related work experience)
