Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Amenities – West to lead Food Services, Shuttles & Parking in the West Region. This position can be located at any of the following sites: El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ or Renton, WA.

The Senior Manager operates at the strategic intersection of facility operations, hospitality and employee experience, with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and programs across the West Region, including enterprise food services, employee parking, and shuttle programs.

The selected candidate will be accountable for fostering a positive and engaging workplace by effectively managing GREF amenities, cultivating vendor partnerships, and promoting team development, all while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, performance management and professional growth opportunities

  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence and teamwork

  • Oversee West Region food services including cafés, catering for business meetings, leadership sessions and operational events

  • Manage employee parking programs, including parking passes

  • Manage onsite shuttle services for employee parking

  • Partner with Indirect Supplier Chain (ISC), manage vendor contracts to ensure best-in-class service delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with safety and workplace regulations

  • Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines and standards for amenities services

  • Continuously evaluate and improve business procedures, employee experience and customer satisfaction through innovation, technology and quality improvements

  • Collaborate on strategic planning and campus renovations related to cafes, shuttles and parking

  • Manage annual operating and capital budgets, monitor expenses, forecast needs and provide regular financial reporting

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance the quality of events and programs

  • Lead sustainability initiatives and stay current with trends in the food service and amenities industry

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align amenities services with organizational goals

  • Ensure compliance with export control and other regulatory requirements

  • 30% domestic travel required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  • 5+ years of experience leading a Facilities Maintenance Team

  • 5+ years of experience teaching, coaching, and developing others

  • 5+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers and/or vendors

  • Experience developing and managing budgets

  • 30% domestic travel

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience leading process improvement and quality initiatives within amenities such as food services, parking and shuttles

  • Experience with food service design, operations and point-of-sale technology

  • Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $136,850 - $197,800
