Boeing’s SW Maintenance organization is current seeking a Senior Contract Maintenance Analyst (CMA) to join our Facilities Management Center of Expertise (FM CoE) team in Mesa, Arizona .

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

In this role, the Senior CMA will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day site operations within the FM CoE. This position serves as a key liaison between Boeing and the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) provider to ensure delivery of high-quality maintenance services, adherence to contractual obligations, and alignment with operational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations and maintenance activities performed by the IFM provider to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related issues and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with the IFM team

  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with contractual service levels and performance standards

  • Engage in invoice review and validation to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with budgetary controls

  • Support and manage site-level facilities budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring fiscal responsibility

  • Collaborate with site project teams to ensure facilities operations are effectively integrated into project planning and execution

  • Maintain data integrity and performance insights through systems such as CMMS (Corrigo) and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide reporting and updates to FM leadership regarding IFM performance, budget status, and operational risks or escalations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in a large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management

  • Experience developing budgets, schedules, and performance standards

  • Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

  • Experience in a role that required project management skills

  • Experience with CMMS systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $159,850
