The Boeing company is seeking an Associate Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ.

This security specialist will be responsible for providing standardized and integrated data protection solutions and compliance oversight to support the internal Boeing business units and will be reporting to the Site Senior Security Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Delivers training from materials provided

  • Troubleshoots and repairs standard training aids and equipment

  • Responds to emergency for assistance to mitigate hazardous situations by operating specialized tools, equipment and apparatus

  • Determines the appropriate course of action within the scope of qualifications

  • Completes appropriate documentation

  • Operates technical surveillance equipment

  • Conducts investigative interviews and generates investigative reports

  • Provides results of investigations to site security managers

  • Ensures compliance with company security practices, procedures and government regulations

  • Consults with organization management on information protection planning and program development to protect company people, property, information and interests

  • Develops and delivers presentations relating to information protection operations to integrate and coordinate risk management operations

  • Implements and ensures compliance with information protection practices and procedures to enhance company operations

  • Consults with organization management on risk management planning and program development to protect company people, property, information and interests

  • Develops and delivers presentations relating to risk management operations to integrate and coordinate risk management operations’

  • Implements and ensures compliance with risk management practices and procedures to enhance company operations

  • Coordinates with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with company and government regulations and requirements

  • Assists customers in researching and resolving common questions and problems, and defining requirements

  • Works according to established company and government guidelines

  • Conducts searches for explosives on and off Boeing property including areas (e.g., buildings, aircraft, shipping/receiving areas and open areas)

  • Provides physical protection capabilities to executives, Very Important Persons (VIPs) and critical resources

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with security operations and program protection

  • 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • Experience managing projects

  • Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $72,250 - $97,750
