Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our F-15SA Modifications team. The Production Coordinator - F-15SA Modifications will play a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan, Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia.Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

This role reports to the Operations Manager – F-15SA Modifications.

(The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines; flexibility in start date and working hours may be required to meet operational demands).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Modification Execution and Production Flow: Support the end-to-end flow of production activities required for F-15SA modifications with a focus on availability of parts, consumables, tooling, and equipment, ensuring adherence to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations / commitments.
  • Functional Integration: Support cross-functional integration between operations, production control, supply chain, and program teams to ensure seamless execution with minimal schedule risk.
  • Material & Work-in-Process Management: Monitor work-in-process; manage processing and movement of production and other materials into and out of storage and production areas per standard work instructions, ensuring clear communication at all times.
  • Prioritization & Expediting: Set priorities, expedite critical activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid schedule delays and maintain production continuity and performance.
  • Budget & Resource Control: Support management of the departmental budget and resource utilization, aligning staffing, material needs, and execution plans with the program business plan and cost/schedule/technical baselines.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Foster a culture of safety, first-time quality, FOD prevention, and regulatory compliance; facilitate internal, customer, and regulatory audits and support the action of findings promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Support and drive LEAN/BPS/standardization initiatives and process improvements that increase production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve on-time delivery.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear, timely communication across the F-15SA modification team; ensure accurate reporting of status, safety events, and performance metrics.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve material, production, and process discrepancies using established procedures; escalate complex issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Deputizing & Additional Duties: Undertake other reasonable activities in support of the success of F-15SA modifications at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification, MRO, or related operational environments (preferably with F-15 or similar platforms)
  • 2+ years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional activities
  • Experience with industry systems used for inventory, production, and reporting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Degree or technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • Experience supporting manufacturing with materials, tools, and equipment availability
  • Knowledge of Boeing and Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements or prior experience working in Saudi Arabia

Ex-Pat Information:

  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
  • Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate.

Relocation benefits will be provided only to the international assignment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $51,850 - $70,150.
