The Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager (Mid-Level or Senior) to support team in Hazelwood, MO; North Charleston, SC; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Chicago, IL.

Looking for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives on driving on-time delivery: you’ll lead day-to-day scheduling, coordinate resources, and own stakeholder reporting while partnering closely with development and infrastructure teams to execute milestones, remove blockers, and run key meetings. Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables

  • Supports determination of project scope, schedule, and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle

  • Supports incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects

  • Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals

  • Develops and executes project communication plans

  • Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans

  • Provides assistance to identify suppliers and to coordinate and oversee supplier activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging project management methodologies to implement complex, integrated information systems through the entire Systems Development Lifecycle

  • 1+ years of experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale programs and projects

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Project

  • 1+ years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules and budgets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years’ experience with Systems Development Lifecycle

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with the implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Products

  • Experience implementing SAFe Agile Projects

  • Experience critical thinking and problem-solving skills and communication / relationship building skills

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to anticipate risks, drive contingency planning, and resolve roadblocks

  • Ability to identify and establish action plans needed to capitalize on project opportunities to deliver project ahead of schedule and with lower cost

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level: $108,800 - $157,550

Summary Pay Range for Senior: $133,450 – $193,200
