Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Data Analysis Project Manager to join our team in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ.

The BGS Government Services Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation organization is initiating a step-change improvement in the way that we support our customers through the adoption of SAP’s S4/HANA ERP system. In this exciting role, you will help our ERP team engage with business and functional process teams to ensure business needs are captured and understood while developing user acceptance criteria and data-driven metrics that can be analyzed as the ERP system gets implemented to understand and measure systemic efficiency gains throughout the process. This multi-year sustained business improvement effort is an opportunity to directly contribute to successfully establishing ERP tools and processes configured to meet BGS Government Services’ needs.

As a Data Analysis Project Manager within the Change Management team, you will play an active role in baselining current process flows & current state of multiple relevant functional teams within Boeing, identifying critical key performance indicators (KPIs), organizing user acceptance criteria to ensure the business’ operational capability is maintained throughout implementation, and analyzing real-time performance data to track system improvements. In addition, you will interface with functional subject matter experts and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to realize maximum benefits of SAP’s S4/HANA capabilities throughout the business’ functional teams that adopt this new system.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with process owners and stakeholders.
  • Lead ongoing communications between both internal functional stakeholders to articulate impending workflow / process changes as part of S4/HANA implementation as well as external ERP subject matter experts to validate system capabilities & alignment with internal team needs.
  • Create user acceptance criteria & training content that supports effective, efficient cutover to S4/HANA while maintaining business continuity.
  • Capture feedback & capability gaps identified by the functional super-users & testing community to be incorporated into the final system configuration where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other ERP Core team colleagues to maintain adherence to internal KPI’s & governance guidance.
  • Participate in testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support to ensure overall success of ERP deployments.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations and/or action plans.
  • 3+ years’ experience identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and systems to capture required performance data within business processes.
  • Experience leading or managing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience briefing to Executive & Senior levels of Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with ERP implementation (SAP preferred).
  • Experience in project/program management
  • Familiarity with Boeing’s Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Agile Project Management, or experience as a Scrum Master

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050
