The Transactional Contracts and Pricing team is hiring a Contract ManagementSpecialist (Entry-Level or Associate) to support United States Government (USG) programs located in Hazelwood, Missouri.

The position would support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer across aircraft such as F/A-18, F-15, CH-47, P-8, KC-46, KC-135, B-52 or B-2 which have complex proposal and execution challenges.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle Request for Proposal/Proposal Plan of Action (RFP/PPOA) review, proposal pricing and development, order review, and interfacing with internal/external customers (e.g. Engineering, Procurement Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Scheduling and other internal functional partners) to address emerging issues
  • Conduct and lead proposal development and negotiation and provide contracting expertise to develop and negotiate creative business solutions for new spare business as a member of the Acquire organization and Program/Business Management teams
  • Exercise commitment and signature authority in accordance with formal delegation to negotiate and contract for the sale or development of high-performance defense and aerospace products and services (e.g., aircraft, missiles, spacecraft and launch vehicles)
  • Submit offers and serve as official Boeing representative to the customer
  • Develop and/or maintain effective working relationships with customer counterparts
  • Interpret contract requirements, manage change and resolve conflict
  • Exercise appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies
  • Support presentation of business solutions to preserve and expand the business
  • Prepare, negotiate, execute, interpret and administer legally binding contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
  • Summarize contractual issues, support development of creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher by May 2026

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations

  • 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Entry-Level, Level 1): $61,200 – $82,800

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $73,100 – $98,900
