Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for a Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3) position.  This role is responsible for working with customers, suppliers, and associated stakeholders to achieve solutions in support of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Incident Repair (IR).  The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, demonstrate a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, and provide world-class customer support at our Everett or Renton, WA location.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze demand for AOG IR
• Review and decipher engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
• Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common objective.
• Delegates tasks to manage workload.
• Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results.
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plan.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity.
• Able to adapt in a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer support or customer service role

• Minimum 5 years of Material Management or Supply Chain Experience.

• Minimum 5 years of formal/informal leadership experience.

• Previous experience working with multiple organizations to achieve time-sensitive and urgent goals.
• Must have high attention to detail, be a self-starter, and results driven.

• Minimum 5 years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must have experience applying effective verbal and written communications skills including
spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills.
• This position is for a 24/7, 365 day operation, and must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

• 5 or more years of Material Management or Supply Chain Experience.

• 5 or more years of formal/informal leadership experience.

• 5 or more years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Experience in aerospace support, supply chain management, & logistics planning
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and/or Salesforce
• Basic proficiency in aerospace industry knowledge
• Creative problem solving skills
• Basic technical and engineering background

• Previous experience working urgent requirements with BGS Organization.

• Experience implementing process improvements and an applied understanding of Lean
practices (e.g. Six Sigma)

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

$96,000 - $112,000
