The Boeing Company is seeking a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the BCA Production Engineering Core team in Everett, Washington to support E&TE Production Engineering team on 777 Program in Everett, Washington You will work in providing high impact, creative solutions to complex problems both independently and as part of a team environment.

The Staff Analyst supports Production Engineering functions (Equipment & Tool Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering) in a fast-paced environment. This role helps translate long‑range strategy into executable initiatives, supports leadership with data collection and analysis, facilitates cross‑functional strategy meetings, and manages employee-related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, financial targets, and schedule deliverables.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Translate organizational strategies and initiatives into actionable plans across Equipment & Tool Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Lead project planning, track deliverables and milestones, and maintain consolidated program schedules.

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize operational and program data to inform leadership decisions (e.g., cost performance, schedule adherence, resource utilization).

  • Prepare executive‑level briefings, status reports, and dashboards; present findings and recommended actions to stakeholders.

  • Facilitate strategic and working meetings, create agendas, capture decisions/action items, and ensure timely follow-through.

  • Support workforce planning and staffing actions: collect staffing requests.

  • Support financial activities including budget tracking, variance analysis, and preparing material for program reviews.

  • Manage continuous improvement initiatives to increase operating efficiency and reduce cycle times.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required)

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruiting operations, talent sourcing, university relations, workforce planning, or project coordination—experience supporting technical or manufacturing hiring strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring projects and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience building dashboards (Smartsheet) preferred.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, etc.) desirable.

  • Ability to travel for university visits and hiring events (frequency as required).

  • 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with students, candidates, hiring managers, and campus partners.

  • Energetic, personable, and highly engaging—able to represent the team on campus and at events.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Collaborative and flexible team player who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with technical topics and able to learn basic Manufacturing/NC concepts to better engage candidates.

  • 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Senior Level)

  • Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $83,300 - $112,700

  • Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $104,500 - $141,450
