Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Mid‑Level or Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the 777/777X Customer Introductions Business Operations team in Everett, WA. This role is a great fit for early-career professionals who communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy working with others. You’ll build relationships across functions, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and use practical problem-solving skills to spot and address risks and opportunities.

Our team partners with 777 program stakeholders to align deliverables and key activities across the entire production value stream, run scenario planning, and assess program impacts. Current projects include creating a robust, fully integrated schedule template to support planning for the 777-9 and 777-8F customer programs.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
  • Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects.
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 5+ years of experience in using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and navigation in ADO.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range:

Level 3 $99,000 - $107,000

Level 4 $123,000 - $133,000
