Job Description

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us.

The BCA Systems Engineering Integration Team (SEIT) seeks a Lead or Senior Business Analyst to operate out of Everett, Washington and lead or support multiple cross-functional initiatives across Boeing Commercial Airplanes. SEIT identifies high-impact process and tool improvements, secures stakeholder buy-in, and guides implementation to improve engineering quality and embed a learning culture across programs. This high-visibility role aligns directly with top-level program goals and provides opportunities to:

  • Own one or more projects and drive business and integration decisions
  • Work with global teams to co-create practical, scalable solutions for complex problems
  • Tackle assignments beyond your current technical expertise and grow your capabilities
  • Mentor and influence others while gaining exposure to program leadership

Join a multi-disciplined team working in an agile environment with modern tools and methodologies — and build a long-term career at Boeing where curiosity, determination, and imagination are valued. #TheFutureIsBuiltHere

Position Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and synthesize complex technical data from change and certification activities to define system-level and BCA-wide solutions.
  • Lead technical planning and control activities; maintain, refine, and drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and software tools.
  • Own and drive corrective action closure for complex Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) activities, including safety lessons learned and regulatory-driven actions.
  • Use risk management, configuration control, and KPI-driven process improvement to demonstrate remediation, sustain regulatory compliance, and raise process maturity across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and track technical, schedule, and compliance risks; develop and implement mitigation plans and clearly communicate risk status to stakeholders.
  • Interface with project teams, program management, and executive stakeholders to align priorities, secure buy-ins, and report progress.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, project administrators, and cross-functional groups to identify, define, and implement process improvements.
  • Provide ad-hoc business and process support to the BCA functions to enable program objectives.
  • Investigate process escapes, perform root cause analysis, surface systemic themes, and propose prioritized mitigating actions.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, process controls, and measurable KPIs to prevent recurrence and improve quality.
  • Provide customer-centric end-user support for engineering processes and tools: troubleshoot issues, communicate productivity enhancements, and continually refine support services.
  • Rapidly gain deep knowledge of relevant change authorities and certification processes (or leverage existing expertise) to ensure compliant, pragmatic solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training, mentor team members, and lead workshops to socialize new processes and best practices.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
