The Boeing Company is seeking a high performing LeadFinancial Integrator to support the KC-46 Tanker Business Management team located in Everett, Washington.

As the Lead Financial Integrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day guidance and leadership to a team of finance business managers performing estimates at completion, budget development, financial forecasting, business case development, earned value management, cost management, customer reporting, cost accounting, and risk, financial and competitive analyses. The KC-46 program supports Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements with full Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or estimates at completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial (EACs) for contracts or programs

  • Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

  • Presents monthly financials and program performance key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior managers and/or executives

  • Partners with external customer counterpart and supports customer reporting including Cost Software Data Reporting (CSDR), Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) and Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) DFARS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)

  • Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues; determines root cause; and recommends solutions

  • Provides ongoing recommendations and guidance for contractual action items affecting fee, funding, financial EACs and new contract orders

  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders

  • Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

  • 5+ years of experience working in cross functional teams

  • 5+ years of experience with cost accounting and/or earned value management

  • Experience with Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning & Analysis Systems (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with supporting business cases

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • Experience using strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Summary Pay Range: $151,300 - $204,700
