The Boeing Company is seeking a Financial Analyst Manager (Level K) to join our Supply Chain Resources and Fulfillment Finance team in Everett, Washington.Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This individual will support multiple business partners in our functional and program leadership teams and has management responsibilities across multiple cost elements supporting airplane programs.

In this role, you will directly support senior managers and executives to further Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) business and affordability objectives.  You will guide and assist a team of analysts across multiple finance objectives. You will provide financial advice and reporting analyses around particular business goals and objectives.  You will also support financial forecasting, program finance integration and budget management.

In addition, you will manage approximately 7 non-manager finance professionals. You will lead the team to support functional and program leadership teams in all aspects of internal financial performance management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports

  • Provide direct support and consultation to directors & senior leaders on strategies, operations and business plans to ensure goals are achieved in line with established guidelines by using tools to analyze and review financial data for decision making

  • Support and lead business process and productivity improvements that ensure efficient and timely financial operations

  • Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies and processes

  • Lead a talented team of employees performing business case development, financial analysis and forecasting

  • Apply knowledge of described activities to develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals

  • Acquire resources for projects and processes and lead process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provide guidance and oversight including management review and approval of technical approaches and processes ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are met

  • Lead, develop, inspire and motivate and coach employees

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team or a project

  • 3+ years of experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600
