Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business OperationsSenior Manager(Level L) to lead the Business Operations team for the Business Operations Learning and Training team.Reporting to the Director of Business Performance and Integration, this position presents an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a fast-paced, innovative environment and to make a significant contribution to our BCA business outcomes.

The position requires 100% onsite work in Renton or Everett, Washington, with some travel required. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Business Integration statement of work, including responsibility for: Management Information Systems, Workstatement Management/Authorization, Coded Projects, Strategic Engagement Board, Command Media, and Training Integration.

  • Leads the Program Planning and Control statement of work, including responsibilities for: Integrated Scheduling, Master Schedules. Program Planning, Skyline, Change Management, and Pricing and Offerability.

  • Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of BCA Business Performance and Integration.

  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Monitors and adjusts program or business unit work statement capacity.

  • Reviews management system execution, makes appropriate adjustments.

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, and/or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience integrating elements of the Boeing Production System from Sales through design, build and delivery including customer communication and understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met

  • Embraces speed and agility to drive innovation and results

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

$152,000 - $164,500
