Boeing has and opening for an SAP Functional FI/CO Intercompany Analyst, who will support functional teams based on the business priorities, and will be coordinating and communicating in a timely manner with the program leaders.

As an important agent for change and innovation, youll need to be up to date with recent updates of existing and new modules in SAP S4 Finance area, that bring efficiency or robustness to the core business process while pushing cutting edge technologies or automation. The focus of the role is to support, build and guide all aspects of SAP Finance and specifically FI-Intercompany functional solutions.

The candidate is expected to be an experienced individual in working in a global organization with the ability to work with team members dispersed across multiple sites, the United States (US) as well as other global locations outside of India. Strong business acumen and excellent partnership skills are paramount to working in demanding and highly skilled work environment to collaborate and influence people through our SAP journey and other IT divisions. The role reports to the Senior Manager of SAP Finance in the SAP CoE Organization.

  • Given the US Export Controls with this position candidates must be a US Person (Green Card holder or US Citizen)
  • Candidates must live or be willing to relocate at their own expense to one of these areas: St. Louis, Philadelphia, Dallas, Miami, Arlington VA, or Seattle.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Support, guide and build on SAP Finance implementation through SAP S4 projects, responsible for design and delivery within our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) organization

  • Responsible for executing SAP process analysis and developing design solutions

  • Develop and execute plans, procedures and provide input on business strategies, goals, objectives

  • Maintain partnerships with business customers, stakeholders, peers and partners

  • Design, plan and execute workshops and demos for SAP Finance Solutions

  • Provide SAP Finance Intercompany process support and help team members

  • Assist in integrating SI resources for department activities, provides onboarding support and KT

  • Adopt and establish standards, best practices and processes as needed towards designing high quality functional and technical solutions

  • Support the functional and development team in designing solutions that are aligned with the current SAP best practices and industry standards

  • Configure systems and build test plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling – FI/CO

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP S4/HANA Finance - Intercompany

  • Solid experience in Master Data Management, Month-End-Closing, Document  Reconciliation, GL/AP/AR variances

  • Strong experience in SAP Finance system configuration

  • Intercompany cross functional integration knowledge with MM/SD

  • Full lifecycle implementation experience, minimum 2

  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Finance

  • Experience working in large organizations with large SAP footprint

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) systems

  • 5+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Range - Depending on Geographic Location and Experience:

Mid-Level: $101,700 to $130,000
