The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Transportation Analyst to join the team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation operations for multiple distribution site locations

  • Collaborate and foster continuous relationships with external transportation providers

  • Maintain carrier performance metrics at all site locations

  • Assist in preparation & distribution of logistics reports, claims, accounts, schedules, route guides, and SOPs

  • Investigate and resolve transportation related issues (damage, loss, tracking, missed pickups, returns)

  • Collaborate with other departments (customs, supply chain, internal operations teams)

  • Provide operational and tactical solutions for general freight inquiries

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role

  • Proven knowledge of logistics management, freight forwarding, dispatching, and warehouse operations.

  • Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and customs documentation.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role. Preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $61,000 - $86,000
