Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)Air Dominance (AD) T-7 Business Development and Strategy (BD&S) Representative (Level 4) position is a developmental opportunity to work directly with the T-7 Leadership team, as well as prospective customers across both domestic and international opportunities. This position is open to Berkeley MO or Hazelwood, MO only.

This is an excellent knowledge and growth experience to gain exposure to all aspects of Business Development & Strategy, what it takes to be a Capture Team Leader running competitive pursuits, as well as other functions associated with running a multi-billion-dollar sales team. To be successful, you will have a strong desire for learning, be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are adept at delivering results and building relationships, and a self-starter with track record of high performance. The strongest candidates are positive, flexible, display good judgment, and are discrete with sensitive information.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees support for the day-to-day operations of T-7 Business Development campaigns.
  • Supports T-7 Business Development & Strategy leadership on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Works with T-7 Program and external customers and partners to define and execute team operating rhythm and prepare for key meetings and visits with senior customers and stakeholders.
  • Serves as the Business Development & Strategy focal for communication and coordination among stakeholders for regular deliverables, briefings, meetings and work packages as required.
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational focus and priorities, identifies opportunities for the region.
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large Business Development & Strategy meetings/events; develops and consolidates executive level briefings.
  • Maintains T-7 Business Development & Strategy tempo; monitors and tracks project execution of Business Development & Strategy /AD-related plans, communicates status by leveraging Battle Rhythm, Customer Resource Management, and Project management software tools with dashboard potential.
  • Supports win strategies in steering meetings and gates to help define and achieve organizational and customer objectives.
  • Forges relationships with counterparts across AD, BDS, other Boeing Business Units, and customer/partner organizations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers
  • Experience with the Acquisition and Proposal Process
  • Experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment, building relationships among a team through open dialogue, trust, accountability and empowerment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Experience with Estimating, Contracts, or Supply Chain

Travel: Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:   $120,700 - $163,300
