Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our F-15 USAF C/E/EX Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO.

This role will support execution of the F-15 USAF Training Systems C/E/EX squadron-based training systems portfolio. This team is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training devices used by the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Air National Guard (ANG) to train new and experienced aircrew on the F-15C, F-15E, and F-15EX aircraft. Our team is looking for a leader skilled with project management discipline, leads with a commitment to execution mindset, and strong with functional collaboration especially in our evolution in integrating project management and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The selected leader will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment in driving execution with detailed performance indicators, proactive engagement in resolving risks before they materialize, and excels in successful partnerships in delivering high performance products to the Air Force.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads F-15 USAF training systems sustainment execution along with training systems device development
  • Establishes and manages Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and performance measures
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements, project objectives, and delivery of high quality products and services on-time
  • Develops and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, and other program processes
  • Develops and maintains internal and external relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and business partners
  • Provide project and program status in the form of briefings, white papers and presentations at senior leader and customer meetings and reviews
  • Leads the identification, mitigation, and management of project Risk, Issues and Opportunities
  • Captures lessons learned and incorporate into program execution
  • Supports contracting and proposal activities ensuring quality, on-time proposals and efficient transition into execution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
  • 3+ years' experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • 3+ years' experience with managing project budgets and schedules and monitoring project performance
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with flight simulation or training devices
  • Experience with the F-15 platform
  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
