The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst to join the team as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeper based out of either Auburn, WA, Renton, WA or Everett, WA.

As a Mid-Level Staff Analyst specializing in OSHA recordkeeping, the selected candidate will bring a meticulous approach to maintaining and coordinating vital safety data. With a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements, the candidate will ensure accurate and up-to-date records for detailed auditing and reporting. Showcasing your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving, the selected candidate will identify trends and recommend proactive measures to mitigate workplace hazards and improve overall safety performance. With a passion for encouraging a culture of safety, the candidate will be committed to supporting interpersonal goals and optimizing workplace well-being through meticulous recordkeeping and informative analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the review, development and implementation of interpersonal plans

  • Assists with the analysis of internal and external practices

  • Prepares and maintains trend analysis reports on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program performance data

  • Supplies to recommendations for new or revised programs

  • Assists in the development and coordination of policies, processes and services with internal organizations

  • Follows the record-keeping process for collecting and maintaining records of occupational injuries and illnesses in accordance with U.S. recordkeeping requirements

  • Processes information received from Disability Management Representatives

  • Applies OSHA exceptions to ensure accurate recordkeeping

  • Ensures all time loss and restricted days are recorded in accordance with regulations and internal legal mentorship

  • Participates in meetings to review injury cases that require further investigation

  • Applies company recordkeeping system to accurately reflect details of injury, lost/restricted time, etc.

  • Collaborates with team members to meet annual OSHA Log posting requirements

  • Stays in sync with records and data management practices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

  • Experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeping policies, practices, laws and regulations

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience with chart building tools, power queries, pivot tables, and creating macros in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Tableau Software

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $83,300 - $112,700
