Join our Auburn/Frederickson Facilities Project Management/Construction Management team as an Associate Facilities Project Administrator supporting critical site construction related projects within our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

You will help lead and support a diverse project team of internal and external stakeholders in successful delivery of critical construction and equipment installation projects supporting a wide array of Boeing business partners. This role joins a high performing team delivering project execution from design through construction.

Position Responsibilities:

  • With minimal assistance on projects, evaluates contractor proposals and administers contractor activities

  • Develops work packages (to include budget/funding source, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, estimates)

  • Coordinates with stakeholders to create an agreed to implementation plan

  • Assembles & releases work packages by collecting and integrating documents

  • Evaluates requests & meet with customer to define requirements for projects

  • Creates layouts

  • Monitors and coordinates implementation activities on projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or technical field

  • 1+ years of experience in project management or construction management 

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project

  • 1+ years of experience managing projects and applying standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environment supporting facilities and/or building infrastructure  

  • Experience using AutoCAD and Procore

  • Experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility budget management, schedule, and project reviews 

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $78,200 -$105,800
