Key Accountabilities:

Schedule Planning: Develop schedules based on procurement flow time and supplier lead-times.

Progress Tracking: Monitor schedule progress and forecast, and report risks.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate schedule updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve schedule issues by working with sourcing agents, buyers, functions, and program focal.

Procurement Planning: Initiate procurement sourcing package by combining the approved sourcing strategy, approved delivery plan, engineering data package, and assigning a unique package number.

Documentation: Maintain schedule reports and communications.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate schedule risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of  years of related experience in a supply chain role, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • Successful candidates must be able to secure Program Access approval
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability manage and influence without authority
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Project
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or other relevant course of study
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
  • Excellent Data analysis skills 
  • Knowledge/experience with/in manufacturing and manufacturing process 
  • Knowledge of MRP Systems and SAP 
  • Ability to effect change
  • Driven to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
