Key Accountabilities: You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by designing and delivering impactful training programs that support both new hire onboarding and seasoned professional certification.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging technical training sessions, product demos, and certification programs using up-to-date materials.
  • Coach new employees through the assembly process and support the onboarding process when needed.
  • Work with employees on certifications and support the recertification lab.
  • Coordinates all required technical training and support contract labor technical training programs.
  • Partner with departments to assess training needs and create customized, impactful learning experiences.
  • Design, update, and continuously improve lesson plans and course content to align with new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure training strategies are relevant, compliant, and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with sheet metal structures and assembly or composite fabrication
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in quality/inspection
  • Experience with instructing, training, mentoring or coaching employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently with little or no supervision
  • High School Diploma or GED

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Desire to inspire, relate, motivate, and encourage learners
  • Comfortable in instructing/teaching with groups of 20 or more
