Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Base Management Specialist (Senior) to support our Supplier Management Risk Commercial

Compliance team in either Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage special projects within BGS Supplier Management Commercial while ensuring alignment with customer, program, and commodity strategies. Lastly, you will develop and execute project plans, drive cost-saving and improvement initiatives, and deliver strategic insights and outcomes to senior leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Act as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and programs

  • Lead the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs

  • Analyze supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities that incorporate into contracting strategies

  • Communicate supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues, and opportunities to senior leaders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management

  • 5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating projects across multiple businesses and globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field

  • Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

  • Certified as a Project Management Professional

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $91,000.00 - $148,350.00
