Boeing’s Law and Global Compliance organization is seeking a highly skilled Staff Analyst at Experienced or Senior Level, to support our Litigation and Investigations team. Under the guidance of Boeing attorneys, this position provides critical support for internal and external investigations, regulatory inquiries, responding to external and internal audits, and litigation matters.

The Staff Analyst will contribute to case management, fact development, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to ensure efficient and effective support of sensitive matters across the enterprise. The role requires strong analytical and research skills, the ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations, and a commitment to supporting compliance and risk assessments across the organization. This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Hazelwood, MO; Seal Beach, CA; Chicago, IL; or Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop reporting dashboards and contribute to data-driven compliance and risk analysis.

  • Support intake, tracking, and management of litigation and investigative case files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage matter documentation, litigation holds, discovery materials, and case databases.

  • Assist in preparing responses to subpoenas, discovery requests, and regulatory inquiries.

  • Gather, analyze, and summarize information for Boeing attorneys from internal systems, business partners, and external sources.

  • Assist counsel to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents to assess impacts on investigations, litigation, and compliance obligations.

  • Support and assist with risk assessments and compliance reviews.

  • Prepare written reports, chronologies, presentations, memoranda, and case updates for attorney review.

  • Coordinate with Global Compliance, Enterprise Digital Forensics, Security and Fire Protection, Human Resources, other internal stakeholders, and outside counsel.

  • Identify and recommend process and tool improvements to strengthen investigation, litigation, and compliance workflows.

  • Support witness interviews across the enterprise and prepare interview memoranda.

  • Participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical, investigative, legal, paralegal, or compliance role within a corporate law department, law firm, government, or regulatory agency.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, laws, and regulations, and present findings clearly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management, document management, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Advanced degree or paralegal certificate.

  • Experience supporting investigations, litigation, or compliance matters.

  • Familiarity with case management systems, document review platforms such as Relativity, or e-Discovery tools.

  • Experience leading complex legal analyses, regulatory risk assessments, and compliance projects.

  • Strong project management skills and proven experience implementing process improvements.

  • Ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards and provide data-driven insights.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced level: $73,950-$106,950

Summary Pay Range for Senior level: $93,500-$135,700
