Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager(Level K) who manages employees performing supply chain activities within Product Support for our Seattle, WA location.

This is an important high visibility & expectations role that develops and executes projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and purchase services while performing technical or specialist activities within BGS Supply Chain as a Business System Manager for Business Sustainment

  • Manages multiple business systems, budgets, and capability requests

  • Develops and executes project plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources as funded, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements and innovation with the team

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

  • Advises on high profile proposals and/or capability needs for complex tasks with mitigation and/or critical path planning and projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning?

  • 5+ years of experience creatively solving problems and generating alternatives

  • 5+ years of experience using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point

  • 5+ years of senior level communication including presentation development and report outs

  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Service Parts Management (SPM)

  • Experience with CPFR

  • Experience with supply chain/execution systems (process or tools) to ensure meeting customer requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $119,000.00 – $161,000.00
