The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a Support Integration Specialist – Logistics Integration (Experienced or Lead) located in Saint Charles, MO.  The selected candidate will be responsible for executing elements of support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced, and Lead Level Support Integration Specialists-Logistics Integration.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists support program plans and schedules, validate standard deliverables and support trade studies for platform subsystems.

  • Research, document and provide technical information and support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

  • Provides data development for integrated support subsystems.

  • Validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.

  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work breakdown, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans.

  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts.

  • Develop processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.

  • Conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs.

  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Security Clearance.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain).

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

  • 5+ years working with integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and/or Performance Based Logistics/contracting.

  • Experience with depot maintenance task cards and workflow scheduling.

  • Experience with Program Management & Project Management.

  • 3+ years’ experience with creating and tracking metrics for on-time deliveries and first-time quality.

  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Systems (Compass, SCARS, GOLD).

  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager.

  • Higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Experienced level:                      94,350 – 127,650

Summary pay range Lead level:                                 118,150 – 159,850
