The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Information Technology Business Partner to join the team in Ridley Park, PA.

The selected candidate will join the Information Technology (IT) Business Partner team to gather business requirements and coordinate the delivery and deployment of infrastructure and application solutions with the Program Office, Engineering, and Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between the business or function and Information Technology (IT) and related organizations to understand priorities and develop a strategy to ensure business objectives are met

  • Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives, and represents the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and helps deploy the right solution with first time quality

  • Develops and executes communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders

  • Identifies risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments

  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function

  • Has overall accountability for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience within information technology

  • 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

  • 1+ years of experience in providing desktop application/hardware support

  • Experience navigating Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci) (or similar application) for retrieving work instructions, tool design and rework orders, and NCRs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 1+ years of experience in VMWare Virtualization

  • Experience with developing strong stakeholder and client relationships

  • Experience with preparing and delivering written materials and verbal presentations

  • Experience working in a complex and changing business environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
