Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Support Integration Specialist (Associate & Mid-Level) to join the H-47 Chinook Technical Integration team located in Ridley Park, PA.

The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and integrate product support activities to ensure sustainment requirements are met. Integrating within product support could include but is not limited to provisioning, technical publications, supply support, ground support equipment, service engineering, facilities, and training courseware, conduct, and devices. The role will entail interfacing with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders to include engineering, customers, suppliers, program managers, contracts representatives, business development, etc. to drive successful execution of program/project work scope. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
  • Monitors execution of support programs
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
  • Participates in the development of processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.
  • Supports Risks, Issues and Opportunity development and resolution
  • Supports baseline management for program support products.
  • Domestic and/or international travel as required to support program execution
  • Support customer and leadership briefings on all technical aspects of the program

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 1+ years Project Management
  • 1+ years proposal development
  • 1+ years analyzing technical data
  • 1+ years with continuous process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.) (Mid-Level)
  • 3+ years Project Management
  • 3+ years proposal development
  • 3+ years analyzing technical data
  • 3+ years with continuous process improvement initiatives
  • 1+ years’ experience with EVM
  • Experience in working on and/or supporting one or more Product Support teams
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional communications skills, relationship-building abilities and the capacity to understand and address the customer needs effectively

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $73,950- $100,050

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level (Level 3): $93,500- $126,500
