Boeing Global Services Commercial Marketing is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Leader focused on Transactional Parts. This role will involve determining targeted sets of products for promotion, creating effective product messaging, execution of market analysis to inform product strategies, and the expansion of digital campaigns aimed at strategic growth areas. The successful candidate will also provide campaign and sales support, demonstrating ingenuity, creativity, tenacity, and resourcefulness in driving marketing initiatives. This position can be located in Renton WA or Plano TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of go-to-market planning and marketing communication plans for Transactional Parts.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance customer value and enable significant growth for both current and future offerings.
  • Create compelling product messaging that resonates with target customers.
  • Determine sets of products to target primarily through digital campaigns and direct customer messaging.
  • Act as the primary campaign support for the Transactional Parts integrated sales team.
  • Gather market-based information and perform analysis for use in determining product go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Units, and Business Development teams to understand value drivers and convert them into quantifiable terms.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with customers and internal Boeing stakeholders.
  • Identify product-level growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of product-level competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Present the value of Boeing products and services, providing guidance on technical benefits, advantages, differentiators, strategic positioning, and value of Boeing products and services.
  • Support multiple sales campaigns.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring product marketing skills, or other relevant related work experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations, including presentations to internal executive-level stakeholders as well as external customer decision makers and influencers.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • MBA or related Master’s degree.
  • Experience with commercial aviation parts & distribution products strongly preferred.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $150,450.00-$203,550.00
