The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior ERP/Finance Systems Analyst to join the Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) in Hazelwood, MO, or Renton, WA.

As the ERP/Finance Systems Analystyou will be an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to driving continuous improvements across financial processes. Leveraging Blackline, a leading cloud-based platform that automates and controls financial close and accounting activities, this team ensures efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across intercompany transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, and other critical accounting operations enterprise-wide. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape processes, implement best practices, and make a tangible impact on Boeing’s global financial operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions to automate accounting workflows using BlackLine capabilities (Intercompany Hub, Journal Entry, Matching, Task Manager, etc.)

  • Drive process improvements to align with BlackLine capabilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure successful execution of BlackLine projects

  • Establish effective support models to sustain and continuously improve BlackLine solutions in production

  • Lead training of internal resources and drive broad adoption of BlackLine

  • Monitor metrics related to BlackLine usage and ensure best-in-class adoption

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in using and configuring the BlackLine platform to optimize accounting operations

  • Deep understanding of industry best practices for BlackLine implementation an utilization

  •  Experience implementing BlackLine solutions across diverse business process

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and process optimization

  • Skilled in automation design, process logic, scripting, and solution planning to drive efficiency

Project Deployment:

  • Support the timely and successful deployment of project deliverables, ensuring objectives are met throughout all phases

  • Oversee communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including subsidiaries, accounting organizations, Finance Systems Analytics, and Information Technology (IT), throughout project development, implementation, and sustainment

  • Ensure all activities and processes comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and relevant government regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), as applicable

Work Location

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations. Onsite expectations are at the hiring team’s discretion and could change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience with BlackLine systems automation tools

  • 3+ years of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt tone, style, and sensitivity to diverse audiences

  • Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, solving complex problems, and making independent decisions

  • Experience with finance and accounting systems, processes, or ERP system implementations

  • Proficiency with SQL and other data analysis tools

  • Experience with system development, testing, and optimization

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in roles requiring strong interpersonal skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $171,350
